How Can We Improve?
Feedback and Adjustment:
1.What is the most exciting aspect of attending a Thunderbirds game?
There are many exciting aspects of attending a Thunderbirds game. For example, having the opportunity to take a picture with Boomer, in-game promotions, post-game skate after Sunday afternoon games. The Thunderbirds do a wonderful job of having their employees interact with their fans to ensure they get the holistic experience while they are at a game.
2.Do you attend our Thunderbirds Thursday’s? If yes, what is the best part of that experience?
Yes, I have attended Thunderbirds Thursday’s that are held from July to October. These events are in different parts of the community that run from 4-8pm. The best part of that experience is having the ability to interact with the front office staff of a team and understand the behind the scenes planning that is involved in sport.
3.If you have seen a Thunderbirds game in the past, would you come back for another one? Why? Please Explain your answer.
Yes, I have seen a Thunderbirds game in the past and would come back for another one. For example, the organization culture is electric. All the employees I interacted with really cared about my opinion with the organization. They appreciated my feedback I had for them and they thanked me for helping them make their organization better.
4.Do you have anything else you would like us to know?
Keep up the good work that the Thunderbirds organization is doing and there will be more beneficial results that will come in the future.
With some supporter’s groups, there is a bit of an elitist attitude—you know, “I go to all the games, so I’m right” attitude. In my opinion, that’s wrong. If you’ve not been for 5 years, you’ve still got an opinion about how the football club should be. The questions then need to be raised: Is why aren’t you going? What can the club do to make it better for you? Is it just performances, or the loss of terracing, or problems with comfort? (Giulianotti, R., 2005).
